 Phil is a lifelong writer, involved in local literary groups, most recently, Irwell Writers, Bury. Influences include The Beats and the Liverpool Scene. His work seeks to chase the beat in poetry and is best read out loud. His book “Now, where was I?” was published in September 2019.
